However, we cannot guarantee that the information is fault free. Allingham Games Ltd does not accept liability for any errors in the presentation of goods on the web site and reserves the right to change prices, descriptions, modify or substitute products without notice. Allingham Games Ltd. will, however, do it’s best to correct any errors as quickly as possible once they have been notifi ed about them.
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. You will be given the option to either backlog the unavailable item(s) at no extra postage cost or cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Our “no quibbles” guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Returning items using our 7 day “no quibbles” guarantee is simple.
Return of faulty goods: If you receive damaged or faulty goods you must inform our sales team within 48 hours of receipt. After this time has elapsed all other faults are the responsibility of the manufacturer, but we will be happy to assist you. We will either refund you in full or exchange the faulty product free of charge. Please return the faulty product(s) to the address below and any postage costs incurred will be refunded in full.
Return of unwanted goods: We are sure that you will be more than happy with the quality of our products. But if you are dissatisfied for any reason with a purchase then please do not hesitate to return it within 7 days, simply return the product(s) to the above address. When returning an item please make sure that you include all original packaging, parts and instructions. We do not refund shipping costs and all postage costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
